Teaching Experiences
I've always known that I wanted to be a teacher. Although I never received formal training, my passion reflects my style of teaching.
I like to incorporate interactive elements to address different learning styles. When I was a college student and tutored high school students, one of the first questions I asked them was how they learn best. I would get various answers:
By gathering these responses, I understood better how to teach the student--not in my own way, but in a way so that the student control the learning.

- I learn by doing things myself, experimenting
- I'm a visual learner
- I need lots of practice and learn from my mistakes
- I like putting myself in the person's shoes; I like learning from the first person's perspective
